Refund/Exchange and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item matches the order details (color/size/etc.) then no refund will be issued.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch using the contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your email and photo of the isse are received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have begun the return/replacement process with our product producer, Printify. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A replacement will be shipped within a few days, depending on production schedules.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
