Square Bear simply can’t resist some wordplay, even when (or especially when?) it’s geeky. Cat girl in cat’s eye glasses? Meganekko (Japanese for a “cute glasses girl”). Neko (Japanese for cat girl). Meganekko Neko. Created with red and foil-pattern black washi tape, the placement of the black layer is never the same, making each piece unique. Look close, though, you’ll always find little cats in the final pattern

For display, Square Bear has created a stand that doubles as a wall-hanger that will hang on a nail using a keyhole mount. The stand is shimmed to allow flat hanging.

This piece is 5″ x 5″ and protected with a clear satin sealant.
